Job Description:
Framecore Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Berlin, Germany. The Legal Counsel will be a key advisor on all legal matters affecting our European operations, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and providing expert counsel on a wide range of legal issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and interpretation on financial regulations, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including loan agreements, investment agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters, including anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and admission to the bar in Germany or another relevant European jurisdiction.
